We handcraft our leashes and collars with biothane, brass hardware and double capped rivets, using the same materials and tools we use for the straps on our sheaths!  Biothane is a PVC coated nylon that is durable, waterproof, will not smell and is super easy to clean with soap and water.  It is very strong, field tested by our GSD Patton, and regularly used to make horse reins as well!
 
These collars are 3/4 inch wide and are made to order, check out the sizing chart and please let us know if your dog needs one smaller or larger, we can make a custom just for you!  Patton is wearing a size XL in the pictures and his neck is 20 inches around.  There are more colors than pictured, see samples for the colors in the strap image!
